If my group is wanting meals, what do I do?
- Please book any meals with the Guest Services Coordinator 3 or more weeks in advance. The kitchen will plan out meals and order food as your event approaches, coordinating food needs with any other groups who may be onsite.
- Please give the Guest Services Coordinator a list of any dietary restrictions and allergies for your group 2 to 3 weeks prior to your event.
- The food at Camp Mack is tasty! Our food service team works hard to provide balanced meals and options for everyone. There is a gluten free area that includes a separate microwave and toaster to prevent cross contamination. There is a bread bar with bread, soy butter, jellies, oatmeal packets, and cereals. There is a coffee, tea, and hot chocolate bar with various creamers and options. There is a juice machine available (sometimes just for breakfast). Breakfasts come with a fruit and yogurt bar, while lunches and dinners come with a salad bar (unless you have requested a simpler meal, like a “heavy snack” or a continental breakfast).
If I am at Camp Mack for a meal, when will that be?
Meals are typically served in the dining room at scheduled times of 8:00 a.m./12:00 p.m./5:00 p.m. (summer: 8:30 a.m./12:30 p.m./5:30 p.m.) unless otherwise arranged. There may be multiple groups eating at the same time, so be considerate of other groups dining with you. Shirts and shoes must be worn in the dining hall.
