Each summer, a passionate team comes together at Camp Mack to lead campers, serve guests, and create unforgettable experiences. Seasonal roles are ideal for students, educators, outdoor enthusiasts, and anyone who loves camp culture.
Compensation & Benefits
- $350/week
- $25 bonus per week for each returning summer
- $200 Bring-a-Friend Bonus
- Up to $1,500 in scholarship opportunities
- Housing and meals provided (for staff 18+)

Cabin Counselors
Lead, live with and mentor campers.
Lifeguards
Keep Waubee Lake safe and fun (training provided)
Program Team
Run activities, lead songs and bring the energy
Kitchen Assistants
Prep, serve and clean with a great crew
Housekeeping
Help maintain a welcoming space for all guests
Photographer/Videographer
Capture the moments that matter (portfolio required)
Waterfront Director
Oversee lakefront activities and give safety talks
