Every summer at Camp Mack, hundreds of campers arrive eager for adventure, friendship and unforgettable experiences on the shores of Waubee Lake. While the activities, waterfront and traditions help make those memories possible, it’s the people behind the scenes who bring camp to life.
Our 2026 seasonal staff members come from a variety of backgrounds, schools and communities, but they all share a commitment to serving others and creating a welcoming environment where campers can grow, learn and have fun. For many campers, a counselor or activity leader becomes a mentor, role model and trusted friend. Those connections often become some of the most meaningful memories campers carry with them long after summer ends.
As a year-round camp, conference and retreat center rooted in faith, Camp Mack strives to create opportunities for people of all ages to connect with God, one another and the outdoors. Our seasonal staff help make that mission possible every day through their enthusiasm, leadership and servant-hearted approach to camp life.
This summer’s team will help lead everything from waterfront adventures and nature exploration to crafts, recreation, worship experiences and evening camp traditions. Their energy and dedication help create the welcoming community that has made Camp Mack a special place for generations.
