FAMILY WINTER ESCAPE (All ages) Family Winter Escape
Escape the winter “blahs” with your family at Camp Mack! Whether you choose to participate in our ping pong, euchre, or “corn hole” tournaments, enjoy a variety of outdoor winter activities, or curl up by the fire with a good book, this weekend getaway will rejuvenate you and your family. Bring your outdoor gear, sports equipment, and a good book if needed!
Age: Family members of all ages, anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

QUILTING RETREATS (All ages) These retreats are unique opportunities for quilters to gather together and share their love of quilting while enjoying the beautiful scenery at Camp Mack. Beginners, Intermediate, and experienced quilters are invited. Registration Fee: $132 Thursday Evening – Sunday afternoon or $118 Friday 10 AM – Sunday afternoon or $103 Friday evening – Sunday afternoon Registration Date: You may arrive Thursday evening 6 pm or Friday morning at 10 AM or come Friday evening. DRUM WORKSHOP (Ages 12 and older, youth under 18 must be accompanied by an adult) BUILD-A-Drum Workshop
Camp Mack has partnered with Stan Secrist, an expert drum builder, artist and teacher, to bring an outstanding drum building
workshop to Camp Mack. Come use your creative skills to build your very own custom drum that will bring you years of enjoyment. It takes about 16 hours to build an Ashiko, Djembe, or Native drum depending how elaborate the decorations are. We’ll have
a special “Kids’ Day” drum building session from 9a-3p on
Saturday where kids build, decorate, and assemble their own youth Ashiko drum.
Come alone or with a friend to build a custom one-of-a-kind drum. Click on the registration below for the many drum styles, sizes, and
price options. Drums need to be ordered 30 days in advance
to ensure size and style. Limited space.
Age: 12 and older for the full workshop, Kids’ Day 6 and
older. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by
an adult.
Fee: $80 per person includes 2 nights in the Yurt Village and
5 meals. $25 deposit is required to reserve your spot. Drum building materials are not included in this fee. Kids’ Day $25 for Adult and child plus cost of drum. Individual drum building fees are listed on the registration area below or available from our office. Fees and registrations must be received by February 19
so that we can purchase your materials.

WORK CAMPS (All Ages) VOLUNTEER WORK DAYS
Volunteers will work with Camp Mack’s staff as we
make preparations for the summer camp season.
We have planned work tasks for all skill levels and
ages.
Age: Workers of all ages. Anyone under the age of
18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Fee: No charge
Dates: March 22-24, April 19-21, November 6 (9 am-4 pm), and
November 8-10. Come for a few hours or all three
days. Meals and lodging are available. Overnight guests should bring:

Spend your evenings by the fireplace with a book, or putting together a puzzle or visiting with a friend. In the spring it may even be warm enough for a walk during this event. Please contact our office for reservations.

MOTHER DAUGHTER RETREAT (All Mothers, Daughters (five and up), and Grandmothers) Mother Daughter Retreat , “What a Gem!”
Come and have a “gem of a time” with mothers and daughters
making precious memories that you will cherish for a lifetime.
Learn all about rocks as we polish, paint, even climb on them.
Don’t miss the “dress up” tea as you build your mother/
daughter relationships upon the “rock” of Jesus Christ.

SEASONED CITIZENS RETREATS (Older Adults) Seasoned Citizens Retreat
Join this group of life experienced people who gather
twice a year to meet old friends and make new ones.
Our special program, crafts, vespers, and Bible studies
will be offered along with plenty of free time for
fellowship, “joke time”, indoor and outdoor games,
hiking, puzzles, and naps, too! Our facility offers
handicap accessible sleeping and meeting rooms,
private baths, and dining options for those on special

BIRDWATCHERS RETREAT (All ages) Come hike in God\'s beautiful creation at Camp Mack and enjoy the spring migration. Come for the entire weekend or just a portion - many opportunities for both experienced and novice birders. The best bird watching happens in the morning, so come Thursday evening to meet the group and get a good night\'s sleep before the Friday 6:30 am bird hike around camp. After a great breakfast we will be off on a field trip to watch birds in another setting. Registration Fee: $94 Registration Date: 6:30 pm Thursday May 6-8, 2010

GRAND CAMP (Grandparents & grandchildren ages 5-10) Come spend quality time bonding with your grandkids and make precious memories that will last a lifetime. COLONY CAMP (All ages (Families)) This family oriented weekend held at Camp Mack is different than any other camp! Bring your tent, RV, or reserve a Cabin.Weekend activities include; singing around a campfire, swimming, boating, canoeing, games, crafts, and a Saturday evening potluck meal, followed by a benefit auction. Bike Weekend Retreat (Intergenerational 6th grade and older) Explore the rolling hills and “Rails to Trails” of northern Michigan while creating lasting memories with special family members or new friends. This retreat, lead by qualified Camp Mack staff and supported by a SAG wagon throughout the trip, will span two days with the opportunity to ride only as far as you feel comfortable. Participants will provide their own bikes, helmets, riding equipment, and bedding; camp will provide the rest.
Age: Intergenerational, 6th grade and up. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

FATHER SON RETREAT (All Fathers, Sons (five and up), and Grandfathers) Father Son Weekend “Knot a Bad Weekend!”
Learn how to tie the “right knot for the job” whether you are fishing, camping, boating or just around the house! This fun-filled weekend includes campfires, popcorn, “the woodshop” and meaningful worship. While learning to tie strong knots, you will also be building strong relationships with your father or son.
Age: Fathers and sons of all ages (grandpa’s too). Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
